Front Patio for Small Home

Project Overview:

This small and cute house needed to capitalize on its outdoor space. The cement patio was being underutilized, provided no protection from the sun, and was desperately in need of a redesign to increase its curb appeal.

First, Sandy added a pergola to the front patio to give it some sun coverage. A prickly tree was removed that was blocking the front of the home and a circular landscaping rock was introduced. To increase curb appeal, Sandy installed new shutters and added a window flower box.
