Rooms By Sandy – Decorating Den Interiors brings residential design experience to our clients. With awesome designers in the Denver Metro Area, no project is too big or too small. We have a professional to fit every style and budget. Equipped with brand name suppliers, resources and manufacturers at our disposal, we meet your aesthetic and functional expectations without going overboard!

Initial Consultation

To understand the full scope of the project, we offer a one-hour complimentary initial consultation at the project location, typically your home or office. We look forward to getting to know you as much as you want to get to know us!

Home Tour

During the consultation, we will take a brief tour of your home or office. This helps us understand the space, lighting and other elements that should be considered in the design plan. Your style and functionality for each space, along with identifying existing furnishings that should be included in the plan, are mutually determined. An inventory and photographs are taken, along with room measurements, so we can create an outstanding design just for you. Before the design process begins, both style and a budget are agreed upon and a retainer will be collected at this time.  Retainer fees are based upon scope of the project and budget

Design Plan & Presentation

In our workshop, sketches, renderings and floor plans are created. We will pull together a variety of design and product options, all personalized for you. On our follow-up appointment, we reveal our recommendations for creating the space of your dreams. Together, we’ll make the selections and discuss any adjustments necessary to the design plan.

If you truly love the design and put down a 60% downpayment, your retainer will be refunded.

If you can’t decide or aren’t all on board with the price and design you will get the floor plan and color palette – enough to launch you into designing a great space – retainer will not be refunded.

Reveal Day!

Your custom design is delivered and installed by interiors experts and supervised by Sandy. We handle every last detail. Sit back and relax as your space is transformed into your dream home!
