Improve Your Space; Improve Your Life
Presented by Sandy Schuster of Rooms by Sandy

In November 2025, Sandy Schuster of Rooms by Sandy delivered an inspiring presentation at the Denver Chamber of Commerce titled Improve Your Space; Improve Your Life. Far more than a catchy phrase, Sandy demonstrated how this concept is supported by research—and how intentional design can significantly enhance productivity, focus, and well-being.

During the session, Sandy explored popular trends in design and architecture, explaining why certain styles resonate and how they impact our daily lives. Attendees gained valuable insight into how their surroundings influence mood and performance, whether at home or in the workplace.

Participants left with practical ideas for updating their interiors—large or small—that could make a meaningful difference in how they feel and function in their space. The talk was both empowering and informative, highlighting Sandy’s ability to blend science, design expertise, and real-life application in a way that truly resonated with the audience.
