Are you looking for a full-service interior design process where you don’t spend endless hours shopping or figuring out what fits in your space? Rooms by Sandy has a design process that takes the burden off of you and completes your space from start to finish. All you have to do is agree on designs that you love!
Once we agree to work together, Rooms by Sandy collects a retainer upfront based on your budget and then goes to work creating design options, showing you detailed floor plans, visual renderings, design concepts, and fabrics and materials, if applicable. Once you absolutely love the design and agree to a Sales Agreement, everything is handled, from ordering to assembly and installation.
The entire installation is supervised, ensuring everything is perfectly executed. Plus, your retainer goes directly towards the final installation.
To understand the full scope of your project and your lifestyle, Rooms by Sandy conducts an initial consultation at the project location, typically your home or office. During this consultation, many questions are asked to determine exactly how you will utilize the space. Do you cook? Do you entertain? Do you have pets or kids? How do you want to feel in the space?

During the tour of your space, it’s important to understand the actual dimensions of your space so measurements will be taken. The biggest challenge consumers find with furniture shopping is buying the wrong size for the space. It’s either too big or too small. With Rooms by Sandy, you don’t have to worry about this. Also, other elements are considered, like lighting, window treatments, and color scheme. An inventory of photographs are taken so an outstanding design can be created just for you.
Rooms by Sandy uses rendering software to create a variety of design and project options, all personalized for you. After the initial consultation, during our follow-up appointment, you will see options that work in your space based on your specific feedback in a computer presentation. Together, we’ll make the selections and discuss any adjustments necessary to the design plan.
Revisions are made until you love the selections and are ready to see the space of your dreams come to life.
Rooms by Sandy’s comprehensive design process includes handling the ordering of all furniture and accessories, ensuring that each piece arrives on time and in perfect condition. If something is on backorder or out of stock, that process is also handled for you. Alternatives are discussed with you before making any changes, but again, you don’t have to worry about all this stuff!
Most of your items are sent to a receiver warehouse, which receives them and inspects them for quality. All imperfections are communicated to Rooms by Sandy so they can be remedied before they are delivered to you. Items are stored in a clean warehouse until they are ready to be delivered to you.
Rooms by Sandy supervises the entire installation, ensuring that everything is put in its place. This includes lifting heavy items up the stairs, disposing of all waste and boxes, and applying any final accessories needed to bring the space together.
On reveal day, the excitement is at an all-time high! On this day, you’ll see the newly transformed space that embodies your vision. This is our moment to explore how every detail has come together to create a unique atmosphere that reflects your style. From the carefully chosen materials to the harmonious color palette, each element has been thoughtfully integrated to enhance the overall aesthetic. When the client says, “It looks like the rendering!” it’s an amazing feeling!
